Hi there.. that was a great write up about Cherrapunjee.. u’ve mangaged to describe it so beautifully…kudos to you and ur writing..by the way, although am a local from Shillong but i’ve never seen that place before nor have i ever experienced river rafting in my state. Nope!We had parked our vehicle atop this side of mountain & so couldn’t consider any other route.I’d ticked everything from my wish list except for a delicious(I’m assuming) frog dish!! I’m sure you didn’t miss the sight of devained frogs, dangled upside down to get sun-dried before it sizzled in their pans.. slurp!
